about us

Who We Are

Welcome to the Carroll Pulmonary and Sleep Associates, an independent practice located in Carroll County in Westminster, Maryland. Dr. Amit Narula and his staff are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of all pulmonary and sleep disorders. He has been practicing at this location since 2011, but this office has been serving the needs of Carroll County for well over thirty years.  Dr. Narula makes daily rounds at Carroll Hospital Center which allows for the continuity of care from the outpatient to the inpatient setting and vice versa.  In 2016, Mariangela Martinelli, a Nurse Practitioner, joined the practice.

The benefit of remaining an independent private practice has allowed us to offer intimate, personalized patient care and education.  Our mission is to make every patient feel unique and well cared for.  We pride ourselves in working closely with patients and their families in order to assure they have a clear understanding of their visit with us. We work closely with larger institutions when required, including LifeBridge Health, University of Maryland Medical System, Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Frederick Memorial Hospital, Mercy Hospital and others.
